Consultancy
Our consultancy process begins with a Business/Needs Analysis appointment where we will talk to the change sponsor, usually the department head, CEO or relevant director. At the appointment we will ask questions, gather data and get an understanding of your department/company's specific need.
After this we may recommend initiating an employee satisfaction survey also known as a customer satisfaction questionnaire, where customer refers to the internal customers/stakeholders. If required and to explore the situation further we may initiate a field based study where we will interview key stakeholders/employees regarding the situation and in some cases shadow individuals during a normal working day. Typically this may take anything from one to five days.
After this process we collate the data, turn it into information and present our findings, solution and our consultancy fee.
Should the client wish to proceed with our solution we will then discuss the appropriate course of action, scheduling and choose the most suitable consultant/facilitator to deliver the programme.
After the consultancy or programme has been delivered we collect copies of action plans from the delegates.
At the 3 month period we send out a progress feedback form to them and their managers to assess the behaviour change. Depending on feedback and any particular requirement we may continue with further consultancy/programmes.

C.A Consultants are drawn from among our national and international associations, they are all highly qualified having Degrees, Masters and Doctorates.We ensure that consultants have operational experience so that not only are they insightful with their initial analysis and enjoyable and entertaining facilitators but also have a great deal of relevant experience to make the topic alive from an insider's point of view.
All consultants are culturally adept, familiar with the U.A.E. and in most cases the whole Middle East region.
